When I left Rome following my heart and searching for a new job (maître chocolatier), I went in a little and confortable city named Belluno.
It was a second home, in the middle of Veneto’s Dolomiti. Here I found the love of my life, I became a chocolatier (a creative and passionated job, isn’t it?!) and finally I strated to create like never before!
So, how can I thank back Belluno, in a special and kind way?
A few days ago, I started painting using cocoa as a watercolor and….this is my personal view of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the most famous part of Belluno’s Dolomiti!
